Since 2013, Victorias Milling Company, Inc. (VMC) has been at the forefront of artistic and cultural development among the youth through its annual On-The-Spot Inter-school Art Contest.

Now on its seventh year, this year’s theme aims to drive the value of community in line with the company's celebration of its 100th anniversary.

This contest is open to all elementary (Grades 1 to 6) and high school (Grades 7 to 12) students from Negros Oriental and Occidental.
